The Air Particle Content, Humidity, and Temperature are carefully controlled and constantly monitored, to make sure that any and all production meets the highest standards.
Visual Digital Displays allow for continuous manual monitoring of the Clean Room Environment. This information is transmitted 24/7 to an external monitoring system.
The Monitoring System constantly records data coming in, and keeps this data for several months. It can display specific humidity or temperature data for any specific time, and also graph data over several days, weeks, or months.
Information from the Monitoring System can be downloaded and viewed from any computer and archived for future reference.
