Engineering/Tooling
Using the very latest in CAD our engineers design the most efficient Molds, taking into consideration raw material waste and productivity per injection cycle.
With high tech CNC Milling as well as Wire and Multi Axis EDM machines, the CAD designs are turned into the most precise Injection Molds possible.
Once the Molds are complete, they are transferred to our permanent Clean Room or to our portable Clean Room , and installed on one of our 16 injection mold machines.
